AMERLUX TAKES DIFFERENT TRACK WITH CONTOUR VERTICALS
Accent and Display LED Track Lighting Products Bring Style, Efficiency to Retail and Commercial Spaces
FAIRFIELD, N.J., July 6, 2009 – Taking accent and display lighting to the next level, Amerlux Lighting Solutions introduces its newest LED track products, the Contour Horizontal 3×3, Vertical 3×3 and the Vertical 3×4.
“These LED lamps take a different approach to providing crisp, warm light ideally suited for use in accent and display spaces,” explained Amerlux President Chuck Campagna. “While they provide the long life and efficiency retailers and commercial end-users have long sought to control maintenance and operating costs, they were designed to do so with an eye toward being fashionable – and efficient – in their own right.”
All three LED clusters offer color temperatures of 2900 to 3200 CCT with more than 50,000 hours of life. The Contour family boasts high CRI (color rendering index) with excellent R9 for reds. The Horizontal 3×3 features an output of 300 net lumens and 95 CRI at only 12Watts, while the Vertical 3×3 offers an output of 1000 net lumens and 85 CRI at only 20 Watts. The Vertical 3×4 provides 1300 net lumens and 85 CRI at only 34W. All offer beam distribution from 8 degree spot through 45 degree Wide Flood.
Contained in an extruded aluminum ballast housing and heat sink, both fixtures feature stamped aluminum end plate construction with formed steel wire covers and offer track, busway and canopy mounting options.
