As we continue to develop new products to better service our customers with a broader range of diverse and innovative products, we find it necessary to discontinue or phase out some of our older technology items along with the discontinuation of obsolete types of parts due to design improvements and limited parts availability from our partners and suppliers.
Please address your product needs and either place last time buy orders or adopt the suggested replacement products in renewal process. For those products that are listed to be discontinued due to technology advancements, Amerlux has released new product offerings (see link) that are direct functional replacements for the discontinued models. Contact your sales representative for any help or additional information you may need. We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you on your current or future needs.
Although the items scheduled for discontinuation will not be used for newly developed products, they will be supported for a limited time in order to allow for future planning by all our customers. Amerlux asks that you begin to substitute the replacement products in your designs and inventory. Please contact us for assistance in your product renewal process. We will still accept a limited number of orders for this product which will be filled based on our current inventory only. Once this inventory is depleted an equal or better performing alternative will be available. Please understand that parts will be allocated based onorder date received.
- Repair and maintenance support services are guaranteed for a warranty period. Fulfillment of orders will be based on available supply through Amerlux as long as supplies last. When Amerlux has exhausted our entire stock and the spare parts are no longer available, Amerlux will offer an alternative product or with equal or better performance.
